Project Overview
The owner of the project needed an impact crusher-model 590*600, with a processing capacity of ≥10t/h, feeding size ≤100mm, output size ≤20mm, which is designed to be used in conjunction with the crushing and conveying equipment in the tunnel project.
PF5960 impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the material enters the crushing cavity, it is selectively crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer. The material obtains huge kinetic energy during the impact process then is thrown to the first-stage counterattack plate at high speed. Due to the action of the counterattack plate, the material is broken again, the material bounced back by the counterattack plate is impacted again by the hammer head. The above-mentioned crushing process continues to repeat. After that, the crushed material is thrown to the second-stage counterattack plate at a high speed for further broken.
