This product is used for granulating iron oxide red for magnetic materials. Iron oxide, an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Fe?O?, is a reddish-brown powder that is insoluble in water. It is primarily used as an inorganic pigment for coloring paints, rubber, plastics, and construction products. It can also be used as a magnetic material, edible red pigment, analytical reagent, catalyst, and polishing agent.¡­

The acid mixer is widely used in the lithium battery materials industry and is one of Zhengzhou Mining Machinery's flagship products. Over the years, we have continuously optimized the equipment structure and materials to meet the requirements of various clients across multiple projects.¡­

This project utilizes a rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber system for the incineration of garbage and solid waste, as well as the treatment of hazardous waste gases. This unique and effective solution provides excellent results.¡­

The 20,000 t/a lithium roasting line project in Guangdong adopts ZK's ¦Õ4.2¡Á70m rotary kiln technology and is committed to the efficient production of lithium. As the core of roasting equipment, the rotary kiln plays a key role in directly affecting product quality and production efficiency. The selection of the ¦Õ4.2¡Á70m rotary kiln not only reflects the company's pursuit of technological innovation, but also meets the special requirements of lithium production.¡­

This project is located in Thailand and serves a large sensor manufacturer. The equipment required by this customer is used to produce raw materials for sensors. The core requirement is to grind the water-quenched glass calcined at 500¡æ to 200 mesh, and no mechanical iron can be added during the whole process. The raw material is 10-20mm water-quenched glass, and LPG is used as the calcination fuel. After the calcined glass is ground to 200 mesh, it is transferred to the airflow grinding process.¡­

Zhengzhou Mining Machinery, as requested by the design institute and the project owner, designed and manufactured a pilot line for fracturing proppants with a production capacity of 100kg/h. The system includes batching, mixing, granulation, calcination, and cooling processes, with calcination temperatures reaching up to 1500¡ãC.¡­

The successful operation of Phase I has laid a solid foundation for Phase II. Going forward, the enterprise will accelerate Phase II construction to expand capacity to 200,000 tons, continuously optimize production processes, improve product quality, and further expand market share. Simultaneously, R&D investment will be increased to explore new product applications, aiming to establish Chamdo City as a nationally significant light-burned magnesium oxide production base and make greater contributions to local economic development.¡­

This project was contracted in late October 2022. The production line primarily involves technical modifications and expansions of key equipment such as dryers, interconnected kilns, and coolers. All core equipment adopts mature technologies to ensure compliance with energy-saving and emission-reduction standards, enhancing both social and economic benefits for the plant.¡­

This project mainly uses contaminated soil and sludge as raw materials to set up the 200,000m3/a Contaminated Soil Sludge Ceramide Project in Jiangsu Province. The main equipment in this project include Double-Shaft Mixer, Rotary Dryer, Rotary Kiln, Rotary Dryer and the related conveying equipment and etc.¡­

The drying system uses stainless steel materials in contact with the material, ensuring that the sodium sulfate is not contaminated during the drying process and maintaining its purity as a high-value additive. This is crucial for downstream applications in industries such as detergents and coatings. Additionally, the co-current drying process design enables the system to efficiently reduce the moisture content of the material without the need for additional cooling equipment, further lowering energy consumption and operational costs.¡­
