This project mainly uses contaminated soil and sludge as raw materials to set up the 200,000m3/a Contaminated Soil Sludge Ceramide Project in Jiangsu Province. The main equipment in this project include Double-Shaft Mixer, Rotary Dryer, Rotary Kiln, Rotary Dryer and the related conveying equipment and etc.¡­

This project is a project of Qingdao Shouyi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 200,000 cubic meters of finished ceramsite. The main equipment is the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of ceramsite rotary kiln and cooler equipment. The main raw materials of the project are mainly waste soil, sludge and industrial waste residue, which are aged, and then granulated and calcined to form ceramsite.¡­

This project is mainly for the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the main equipment of the ceramsite rotary kiln, cooler, raw material dryer and other equipment of the 600,000 cubic meters of sludge ceramsite production line per year. The project is mainly to treat municipal sludge and general industrial sludge.¡­

The customer uses ? 2.5m dis granulator for granulation, with an output of 2-3 tons per hour, the ratio of dry powder to acid solution is 1:1.3, and the pellet size is 3-5mm.¡­
