Zhengzhou Mining Machinery, as requested by the design institute and the project owner, designed and manufactured a pilot line for fracturing proppants with a production capacity of 100kg/h. The system includes batching, mixing, granulation, calcination, and cooling processes, with calcination temperatures reaching up to 1500¡ãC.¡­

The successful operation of Phase I has laid a solid foundation for Phase II. Going forward, the enterprise will accelerate Phase II construction to expand capacity to 200,000 tons, continuously optimize production processes, improve product quality, and further expand market share. Simultaneously, R&D investment will be increased to explore new product applications, aiming to establish Chamdo City as a nationally significant light-burned magnesium oxide production base and make greater contributions to local economic development.¡­

This project was contracted in late October 2022. The production line primarily involves technical modifications and expansions of key equipment such as dryers, interconnected kilns, and coolers. All core equipment adopts mature technologies to ensure compliance with energy-saving and emission-reduction standards, enhancing both social and economic benefits for the plant.¡­

This project mainly uses contaminated soil and sludge as raw materials to set up the 200,000m3/a Contaminated Soil Sludge Ceramide Project in Jiangsu Province. The main equipment in this project include Double-Shaft Mixer, Rotary Dryer, Rotary Kiln, Rotary Dryer and the related conveying equipment and etc.¡­

The drying system uses stainless steel materials in contact with the material, ensuring that the sodium sulfate is not contaminated during the drying process and maintaining its purity as a high-value additive. This is crucial for downstream applications in industries such as detergents and coatings. Additionally, the co-current drying process design enables the system to efficiently reduce the moisture content of the material without the need for additional cooling equipment, further lowering energy consumption and operational costs.¡­

During the design phase, we engaged in multiple, extensive technical discussions with the client and ultimately decided to use a ¦Õ3.0¡Á10m ceramic ball mill for fine powder preparation.¡­

Known he is for purpose to change old kiln onsite, our sales checked carefully with their onsite conditions like installation spaces & foundation, material natural, existing kiln parameter, etc, which can completely guarantee the onsite suitability.¡­

A client from Korea who has inquiry of double roller crusher to crush the Aluminum Oxide Crucible into 2-8mm, after further communication about process requirement and site space limitation, here we recommend them to choose 2PG610x400 model to satisfy the capacity requirement.¡­

The customer is a large sensor component manufacturer in Thailand, and the required equipment is for producing sensors raw materials. The customer's request is to calcine the water quenched glass at 500 ¡æ and grind it to 200 mesh. During the calcination and grinding process, there should be no mixing of mechanical iron. The initial particle size of the customer's water quenched glass is 10-20mm, and the fuel used for calcination is LPG. After grinding to 200 mesh, it enters the next airflow grinding process.¡­
