After the material enters the cylinder, it is crushed by the impact and grinding of the steel ball medium during the rotation process. The built-in screening system will timely screen out the material that reaches the ideal particle size, and the coarse material that has not been screened will automatically return to the cylinder for further grinding. This cyclic process ensures the uniformity of product particle size and production efficiency.

1. Feeding hopper: The feeding hopper is a feeding device made of steel plates and steel sections, which allows materials to smoothly enter the cylinder for grinding operations, and has a protective bearing shell that protects the main shaft from wear.
2. Rotating part: The rotating part consists of a main shaft, two end disks, a material cylinder, end liners, and a stepped distribution of liner screens. The material is fed into the hopper and crushed in the closed cylinder formed by the two end disks, liners, and end liners. The crushed material enters the screen area through the perforated liner, and the qualified material is discharged through the screen. The large particle material returns to the inside of the cylinder through the baffle for further grinding.
3. Shield: The shield is a closed shell made of steel plates and steel sections. Its upper opening is connected to a dust collector to prevent dust pollution, and the lower opening is the discharge port. The upper part of the protective cover is equipped with an explosion-proof valve, which plays a safety role in special circumstances.
4. Main bearing part: The main bearing of this mill is a rolling bearing with a low friction coefficient and simple maintenance. Lubricating grease is added to the bearing seat to protect the bearing.
5. Transmission device: This grinding machine is edge driven for easy installation and maintenance. The main shaft installed on the rotating part is driven to rotate by the motor and reducer through the coupling, causing the grinder to rotate. In addition, considering safety factors, the coupling is equipped with a protective cover.
