    Project Overview

    The Outer Mongolia 400-ton-per-day lime production line project is a strategic project aimed at building a highly efficient production line with an annual output of 400 tons of lime. 

    Project Equipment and Its Importance: 

    10.4 x 3.8-meter preheater:

    The preheater is a crucial component of the lime production line, preheating the limestone before it enters the rotary kiln. By burning coal, natural gas, or other fuels, the preheater volatilizes moisture and organic matter from the raw material, thereby reducing fuel consumption in the rotary kiln. This helps improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the quality of the final product. 

    3.6 x 54-meter rotary kiln: The rotary kiln is the core equipment in the lime production process, heating the limestone to high temperatures to decompose it into lime. The rotary kiln measures 3.6 x 54 meters, ensuring sufficient processing capacity to meet the project's production capacity requirements. Efficient rotary kiln operation is crucial to ensuring product quality. 

    4 x 4 x 8.7 meter cooler: The cooler is used to rapidly cool the lime emerging from the rotary kiln to maintain its structural stability and quality. Cooler performance directly impacts the final product temperature and quality. The 4 x 4 x 8.7 meter cooler allows for a large volume of lime to pass through, ensuring the product reaches the required temperature and quality standards.
